The Alabama Library Association College, University, and Special Libraries (CUS) Division Programs Committee is pleased to announce a workshop on Embedded Librarians.



The term “embedded librarian” has begun to appear recently in our field. Find out what being an “embedded librarian” means and how you

might be able to employ this concept in your own library.  Four Alabama academic librarians plus a university professor will make

presentations and provide commentary and recommendations.


Date:  Tuesday, February 5


Time:  9 a.m. – 1 p.m.


Location:  Alabama Public Library Service, 6030 Monticello Drive, Montgomery, Ala.

Use this to log in and take advantage of the ALLA members’ rate ($20).

Non-members are welcome to register for $25. If you are paying by check, you may see that two addresses have been provided. You may direct your check to either one, since both are valid.
